Refund policy

Every Museum of Malarkey print is made to order with your child's name and date, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If something's wrong, we'll remake it free
If your print arrives with a name or date that differs from what you typed at checkout, or arrives damaged or defective, we'll print and frame a new one at no cost to you. You don't need to send the original back.

To start a remake, email hello@museumofmalarkey.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the print and the packaging it came in.

Typos and cancellations
If you spot a typo or want to cancel, email hello@museumofmalarkey.com as soon as you can with your order number. If your print hasn't gone into production yet, we'll correct it or cancel the order at no charge. Once it's in production, it can't be changed.
