Who we are
Museum of Malarkey (museumofmalarkey.com) is operated by Tyca Art, LLC, a Washington limited liability company based in Seattle. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to US addresses. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we refund you in full.

Personalization
You're responsible for the name and date you enter at checkout, and we print them exactly as typed. Please don't submit names or text you don't have the right to use, or that are offensive. We may cancel such orders with a full refund.

Shipping, refunds and remakes
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Remakes, typo corrections and cancellations are covered by our refund policy.

Product appearance
Colors can look different from screen to screen, so the printed and framed piece may look slightly different from the photos on this site. Differences of this kind aren't defects.

Artwork and intellectual property
All artwork, characters and text on this website are original works owned by Tyca Art, LLC. Buying a print gives you that print for personal display. It doesn't give you the right to copy, reproduce, modify or sell the artwork or characters. You also may not upload our artwork, including photos or scans of your print, to any artificial intelligence platform or tool, or use it for AI image generation, AI model training or any other AI purpose. You're welcome to share photos of your print on social media.

Payments
Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full card details.

Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
