Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States, and shipping is free on every order.

Each print is made to order and framed by a print partner near you. Most orders arrive in about two weeks from the day you order. You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

If your order doesn't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived within three weeks, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, email hello@museumofmalarkey.com with your order number. We'll trace it, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Damaged in transit
If your print arrives damaged, see our refund policy for how to get a free remake.
